Return Eligibility


Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.Returns must include original receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items


Products damaged by misuse or improper installation.Items marked as final sale or open-box discounted units.Any item returned after 30 days from delivery.


Refund Process


Contact our support team at sales@starpower.network with your order number and reason for return.If eligible, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).Ship your return to the address provided. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective.Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or develops a defect within the warranty period, contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the manufacturer or provide a replacement per warranty guidelines.
